The China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) and the Chinese Society of Engineers (CSE) have established strategic partnerships with their counterparts in Spain and Portugal, marking a major step forward in international engineering collaboration.

The meetings culminated in the signing of cooperation agreements aimed at bolstering academic exchanges, promoting international cooperation in engineering capability building, and advancing the mutual recognition of engineer qualifications.
